![]() (Ofc that's not likely to happen, but it increases my (long-term) motivation to know that the work isn't inevitably just training and the skills learned in the process are probably more useful). ![]() What's important (only if possible) to me are mainly three things, C++ code should be easy to integrate and programming should be a big part of the development process, also I would like to use a method that could lead to a releasable game. I was thinking about whether I should continue using C# with Unity, but I don't want to work on two programming languages at once. I already have some basic programming knowledge in C# and C, so I'm not starting from zero. ![]() To get better at C++ I was planning to create a 2D game because I don't think learning just from books/scripts with one assignment a week is the most efficient way and I need a goal that motivates me. I'm currently studying Embedded System Engineering and as a part of that, I'm learning C++.
